Sheila Hobgood, a teacher at Rockenbaugh Elementary, is navigating an incredibly difficult time as she and her three children face the heart-wrenching loss of her beloved husband.💚

In Sheila's words: "The death of Bret (husband, father of 3, friend, son, & brother) was unexpected. I went to pick-up the key to my classroom early on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, so that I could take Bret to a scheduled doctor's appointment at 10:00AM to see about getting a referral to a neurologist. I arrived back home at 9:20 as my daughter was calling me to let me know that Bret was throwing up an unable to stand. The doctors did not like his symptoms and sent us to the ER.
