💚 Support for Ms. Maile McKinney 💚

Maile McKinney, a Kindergarten Teacher at Old Union Elementary School, is facing a difficult health challenge that will require time away from her classroom and added medical expenses. In her own words:

"I have been diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma which is a form of breast cancer. I will be facing surgery to remove my mass as well as future treatment that will be determined after my surgery. I am blessed to be surrounded by a wonderful support system here at CISD and am ready to take on whatever challenges lie ahead."

Through Dragons Care, we are coming together to support Maile during this time. Donations will help ease the financial burden of surgery and treatment so she can focus on her health and recovery.
