Who is eligible to receive support from Dragons Care?
Teachers, Staff and Administrators of Carroll ISD in Southlake, TX are eligible to receive support from Dragons Care. We will also be supporting all Student Resource Officers (SRO's) even though they are technically employed by the City of Southlake because they are a HUGE part of our Dragon family and work every day to keep our children safe on campus.
**Dragons Care will not be funding grants for contracted workers, student employees or substitute teachers.
**Dragons Care does not fund grants for family members of staff, teachers or SROs.
How do I submit a grant request for myself or a staff member at Carroll isd?
Contact us by submitting a grant using the button below or emailing our VP of Operations at grants@dragons-care.org:
​**For privacy reasons, all Dragons Care volunteers have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) and will not be discussing any private information received.**
If approved, what do the staff members receive?
As a needs based organization, the Board of Directors of Dragons Care will approve the level grant. Exampled of grant requests and their coordinating grant levels are listed in the graphic below.
**EVERY single dollar raised, even above the goal amount, goes directly to the staff member. If the minimum goal is not reached, Dragons Care will make sure to cover it.**
